Terms and Conditions for Enento Developer portal

These terms and conditions are separate terms from the customer contract made between the Customer and Enento Group.

Enento developer portal is an online platform that provides developers with the resources and documentation needed to assess the suitability of Enento's APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). Depending on the API the developer portal may contain documentation as well as an example of the API call.

Terms and Conditions for Enento Developer Portal

Customer In the context of the terms and conditions for a Enento Developer Portal, the term “Customer” refers to any individual or entity that registers and uses the portal for the purpose of accessing and utilizing the services provided, such as APIs, documentation, and support. The term “you” is used interchangeably with “Customer” and directly addresses the individual or entity engaging with the portal under the agreed terms and conditions. The Customer (or “you”) is expected to comply with all the rules and guidelines set forth in the terms and conditions, including any restrictions on use, data security requirements, and obligations to inform the portal of any implementations or changes related to the services used.

Enento For the purpose of these developer portal terms and conditions, “Enento” refers to Enento Group Plc and its subsidiaries.

Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Enento Developer Portal you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this portal. Right to Use The Customer is granted the right to use the integration interface of Enento Developer Portal in connection with their own development or testing purposes related to Enento Developer Portal in accordance with the documentation provided within the portal. The integration interface is intended for individual service requests, and a new request may only be sent after the response to the previous request has been received. Concurrent service requests are not permitted.

Intellectual Property Rights: All rights to the services and their contents in the Enento Developer Portal, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, are proprietary to Enento or such third party with whom Enento has entered into an agreement. The customer obtains no right to the services other than as expressly stated in the agreement. Other than as expressly stated in this agreement, a party shall be entitled to use Enento’s trademarks or other intellectual property rights only following receipt of prior written consent.

License: Enento grants the Customer a non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to use the developer portal, materials, systems, and any other resources provided through the developer portal solely for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions. This license does not grant the Customer any ownership rights to the developer portal or its contents.

Use of Services Enento Developer Portal shall define and describe the systems for using the services provided. The Customer agrees to adhere to these systems as described.

No Warranty: Enento does not guarantee that the Enento Developer Portal, materials, systems, or any other resources provided through the developer portal are error-free or will operate without interruption.

Data Security Data security features as defined by Enento shall be used in the transmission of data. The Customer agrees to implement and maintain these security measures.

Inspection and Audit Rights Enento shall have the right to inspect or otherwise audit the applications the Customer has made or has had made to ensure compliance with this contract. Applications may be adopted after being approved by Enento Developer Portal. The Customer shall inform Enento of the implementation of the applications two weeks prior to their implementation.

Commercial Use Restriction The services and content provided on Enento Developer Portal are intended solely for testing and development purposes within the scope of normal business activities related to Enento Developer Portal. Any use of the portal for commercial or revenue-generating activities is strictly prohibited.

Modifications and Amendments Enento reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The Customer will be notified of any changes which will take effect upon the date of notification.

Limitation of liability Enento shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the developer portal, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law and disputes These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If no settlement can be achieved by negotiation, the disputes arising from the contracts shall be settled at the District Court of Helsinki.
